Stripper 101

Men, you want your women to be sexy and seductive?  You might want to sign them up at "Stripper101"

This has been going for a year.  Everyday, around a dozen or more women, from their 20s to 50s eagerly learn how to do a striptease. It’s a sweat-inducing low impact aerobic workout intended to instill a positive body image and boost self-confidence, while developing a well-built sense of sensuality. The hymn: Grab Life by the Pole!

The truth is that you won’t burn a ton of calories but it is still an exotic dancing workout that involves lunges, squats, kicks, and stretches that will attain all of the major muscle groups.

It’s not for everyone; some women even find the whole concept demeaning.  No matter what shape or size you are, who knows? You may just end up feeling sexier and more liberated, and honestly isn’t that what the class is all about?

You would probably need a drink after this work-out to avoid dehydration.
